Keeps the silage fresh, cold and nutritious

Safesil Pro is an effective, premixed ensiling additive containing a concentrated mixture of effective preservatives (E211, E202 and E250). The mixture does not erode or corrode, but strongly inhibits the growth of yeast and mould, and reduces spores and butyric acid in the silage.

Safesil Pro preserves your silage and keeps it fresh, cold and nutritious throughout the ensiling process and all the way to the feed mix.

Safesil Pro is an effective, premixed ensiling additive containing a concentrated mixture of effective preservatives (E211, E202 and E250). The mixture does not erode or corrode, but strongly inhibits the growth of yeast and mould, and reduces spores and butyric acid in the silage. The result is cold, hygienic silage from ensiling to feed mix.

Safesil Pro inhibits unwanted microbial growth in the silage, significantly reducing dry matter and energy losses. Safesil Pro safeguards your investment and your efforts from sowing to harvest, making sure your animals benefit from the nourishment in your farm-produced roughage silage. The product was developed together with Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) for farmers with high standards of roughage quality and production.

Safesil Pro is produced in Sweden from raw materials that are thoroughly tested to maintain high quality and feed safety (GMP+ rating). Safesil Pro protects all types of silage; grass, leguminous plants, maize and whole grains, in all storage systems, at dry matter levels between 28-50%.

USE For all crops; grass, clover, maize and whole grain silage in all storage systems; bunker silos, tower silos, wrapped bales and a variety of tubular bags.

The silage can be fed two weeks after ensiling, but we recommend 6 weeks for the ensiling process to complete. Safesil Pro must be used before ensiling; must not be added to the feed mix.
STORAGE LIFE &
STORAGE		 2-years’ storage life from the date of production. Store Safesil Pro with a securely closed lid in a dry, ventilated space.

Do not store Safesil Pro in direct sunlight. If the liquid freezes, it will revert to a harmless solution when thawed.

DOSAGE Safesil Pro is a pre-mixed solution for dosing as follows:
Maize: 1.5 litres/tonne green material Under normal ensiling conditions (≈DM 30%): 3 litres/tonne green material.Difficult conditions such as rain, frost, soil contamination: 4-5 litres/tonne green material.In the case of wet silage, we recommend Safesil Challenge or an increased dosage of Safesil Pro. Increase the Safesil Pro dosage for dry silage up to DM 50%.

PRODUCTION Safesil Pro is a Swedish product, produced in Falkenberg. The production chain is feed-safe according to GMP+.
WARNING Do not inhale the gases that form naturally during the ensiling process; they can be very dangerous.
